Launching leadership training for women with the Crown Prince Foundation

Today marked the beginning of a training program titled "Women's Leadership," implemented by the Jordanian Masarat Foundation in collaboration with the Crown Prince Foundation. The training, attended by women from various governorates across the Kingdom, will span two days and cover several key topics, including an introduction to leadership, the definition of leadership in our lives, assessing leadership styles, core leadership values, effective leadership communication, assertive communication, building self-confidence, determinants of self-confidence, the difference between confident and insecure individuals, as well as self-care and the psychological well-being of leaders.
Talal Ghoneimat, the Executive Director of Masarat Foundation, spoke at the start of the training about the role of women and the necessity of empowering them across political, economic, and social sectors. He emphasized that women's economic empowerment plays a vital role in enabling them politically. He also highlighted the partnership with the Crown Prince Foundation in organizing such training programs, which aim to strengthen and build the capacities of women in various fields.
Ahmed Abu Sheikha, the coordinator of the Amman office at the Crown Prince Foundation, stressed the foundation's commitment to empowering women and developing their capacities. He expressed confidence that such training programs would have a positive impact on enhancing women's capabilities.
