The project aims to promote gender equality in political life in Jordan through advocacy and capacity-building for decision-makers in the government and the House of Representatives on gender-sensitive policies and legislation. This will be achieved through various activities, including discussion sessions with representatives of political parties and civil society organizations to build consensus and advocate for enhanced gender integration in political life, as well as capacity-building for government officials and parliament members on developing gender-responsive policies.
