Jordanian Masarat for Development, a dynamic organization established in 2021, is dedicated to fostering sustainable development in Jordan and beyond. Our mission revolves around creating a positive social impact through diverse projects spanning education, civic engagement, media, and political participation. As a non-profit Think Tank, we specialize in areas including women's empowerment, youth engagement, media development, and societal change. Key Responsibilities:

2. Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support ongoing and upcoming projects.
3. Create compelling fundraising materials, including grant proposals, sponsorship packages, and donation appeals.
4. Cultivate relationships with existing donors and explore innovative ways to expand the donor base.

Reporting:
1. Collect, analyze, and organize data related to program activities and outcomes.
2. Prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders, detailing project progress, achievements, and challenges.
3. Collaborate with program teams for qualitative and quantitative data collection.
4. Ensure timely submission of reports to meet donor requirements and maintain transparency.

Program Management:
1. Coordinate with program teams for project implementation from inception to completion.
2. Develop and maintain project timelines, aligning activities with goals and objectives.
3. Monitor program budgets, track expenses, and contribute to financial reports.
4. Facilitate communication among team members, partners, and stakeholders.
