The establishment of the center aims to prepare female leaders in both the public and private sectors based on scientific, academic, and research-driven foundations. It also seeks to adopt practical methods in training, qualification, and women's empowerment, fostering a collaborative network at the Arab and international levels to achieve competitive successes on personal, professional, leadership, and entrepreneurial fronts. The center aims to enhance women's national presence and leadership participation in national development efforts, as well as to conduct studies and research focusing on solutions to challenges faced by female leaders in Jordan.
